Online Scheduling
Some patients really like scheduling appointments
online. Online scheduling allows you to review available times and days at your convenience.
To request online scheduling privileges please do the following:
1.
Create an ID and Password (click here),
and then enter your name, email address, and phone number.
2. A message will be sent to our office indicating your desire to self schedule.
We will call you prior to granting online
scheduling privileges, usually we call the same day you setup your account.
