From New Haven CT: Take exit 39A US1 / Boston Post Road, Stay Right at Fork in road staying on RTE 1 for about 2 miles, (Landmark, go under the Milford Parkway / Connector), my office is located inside my Jiu-Jitsu school in shopping plaza on Right side of street. From Fairfield: Take 1-95 North, Exit 37 High Street, Turn Right at end of the ramp, Turn Left at the first traffic light (RTE 1 Boston Post Rd).
