Palpitations
Patients must see their cardiologist or primary care
physician prior to seeking treatment of palpitations at my office. The cases of palpitations I have seen
have fallen into the categories below:
Blood
Deficiency Palpitations
Palpitations, with anemia symptoms, pale complexion, pale tongue, fatigue, and
insomnia with dreams of fields, trees, or food.
There might be a history of chronic illness, recent surgery, or blood
loss.
Emotional Palpitations
Symptoms of anxiety, fear, or anger, insomnia with difficulty going to sleep,
waking between 1am-5am. Vivid dreams
that might be upsetting or nightmares or upsetting dreams.
Hormone Imbalance
This pattern of palpitation may present
with symptoms night sweating, fatigue, back and knee pain, and insomnia.
