Lung Function impaired by Common Cold Lung function impaired by Flu    Lungs Accumulating Phlegm or Fluid
Coughs associated with common cold, headache, stuffy nose, no perspiration or light perspiration. This is very commonly seen during the spring and fall in Connecticut (CT).            Seen often in early spring and late fall, symptoms include cough, sweating, sore throat, thirst, and fever with sweating   I actually treat this condition more then common colds and flu’s. Symptoms of chronic cough, morning coughs, phlegm that is yellow or green. Patients usually seek my help for treatment of this condition after the first round of anti-bionics failed to resolve their condition. Note: During the beginning years I was in practice I thought everyone that had a cold had a bacterial infection type cold. However, after talking to a local pediatrician who sees many viral type colds especially with kids, the light bulb went on, I was only seeing anti-biotic resistant infections (bacterial not viral) because everyone comes to me as a last resort. The absolute best treatment for this condition is combining an anti-biotic with cupping, and acupuncture.   After scheduling your appointment, please print and complete the first visit form found on this web sites home page. Thank you for visiting acupuncture Connecticut (CT).     Coughs are commonly seen in Connecticut (CT).With coughs I am looking / listening for the frequency of the patient’s cough, severity of the cough, and finally the color of the phlegm (clear, yellow, and green).
Coughs can be caused by ether external or internal factors. External factors like common cold, dust, allergies, dry weather, cold weather, smoking, and damp weather.
